We start the class at 7:30, we must go with the uniform of work;  a navy blue short sleeved t-shirt, a navy fleece jacket, blue long trousers and our safety shoes. The first three hours we have to go with Vicente to the mechanical workshop, there we hate to do practices applying the theory studied.  Now we are doing electrical circuits and studying the manuals. One of the best moments of the day is the five minute  rest in the middle of practical  class, in this moment I can go to the vending machine for my coffee. This coffee gives me the live. When practical seasons finish we go to the café. I usually buy a chicken sandwich and a soft drink. We have 20-30min for the break, but for me is enough, it's plenty of time for jokes and laughs . At 11 o'clock we start the theoretical seasons, this are four hours. In this hours we learn the differents modules, first we started  with Jose María doing module 7, but now we are studying electricity with Helena. I sit between Fran

First Boeing 747-400 was built in 1989. Its weight  is 180 tons and its price can reach 200 millions. The plane can fly for 25 years and its longest trip on the plane is 14 hours and the cabin crew can rest for 3 to 4 hours. They have two black boxes, the black box can withstand 1000ºC for 30 minutes in a row. All planes need one test every year and one overhaul every 6 years. In the overhaul there are 200 workers and about 30000 working hours.They have to check 6 million components and fix 20000 pieces in a set of 12000 jobs. All the 747 hold 4 engines that each one cost 8 millions and give a total horse power of 120000hp. And one landing gear costs 300000 dollars and its weight is of two double-deck bus. It's very interesting the work that takes the overhaul of an airplane of these dimensions, and the satisfaction of the workers when they see the airplane leave.

Hi, my name is Carlos Clar Moranta. I was born in Mallorca on the 29th of January. I studied in the school Nuestra Señora de Montesión. In primary school and ESO I went to Son Rapinya, after class I played football in Penya Arrabal near to the Decathlon of Can Valero. I played football 10 years. I did the technological bachelor in Montesión too, but in the facilities in the old town of Palma. When I finished I was not sure what to study, but i decided to go to Madrid because my grandmother have a flat there and my brother is living there while he is studying. I started a college career of electric engineering in the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM) but both the career and the place I didn't like. When i returned, my uncle, what is helicopter pilot, wanted to show me the hangar when he worked. I could talk with some mechanics and I could see how they worked. And I decided start in the aeronautic world. At present I am going to climb in boulder after class.
